Fairly good weather for football had drawn a crowd of 455 to F.C Olimpia Arena. Morten Østnes was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Paolo Ambrosini and Aaro Rosenqvist. Perceiana had a good opportunity to attack in the middle, but remembered their instructions to focus on wing attacks instead. J. Cañuelas increased the visitors' lead by putting a volley away after a pass from the right. 0 - 2. W. Kreklau of Perceiana was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. R. Barriga's lack of experience almost gave Perceiana a goal after 38 minutes, but the shot went right into the keeper's arms. Halftime score was 0 - 2. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Perceiana, with 84 percent of the ball.

Olimpia needed a fresh pair of legs on the field, and after 49 minutes S. Boschmonart made way for Ó. León Borrero. With 50 minutes played, Perceiana put themselves up 0 - 3 after an attack from the right, caused by a defensive blunder. The scorer was F. Cardoso. The players of Perceiana now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. N. Kyburz was, after 54 minutes, almost able to extend the visitors' lead with a well placed diving header after the ball had looped into the centre, but the home side's keeper L. Puigmitjana made the save. Perceiana's S. Esteller refused to leave the field after injuring his achilles tendon after 60 minutes. Attacking on the wings was the choice for Perceiana, and they were successfully passing the ball from the middle to the wings to attack. Some fine movement on the left led to a Perceiana goal after 66 minutes, making it 0 - 4. W. Kreklau was noted down as the scorer. 69 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 0 - 5 as W. Kreklau finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick. That made three goals for W. Kreklau and he was marked down for the hat trick. Although the whole team were struggling to impress, Olimpia's L. Puigmitjana was singled out as being the problem as he was called off the pitch after 71 minutes. P. Escoté was given a chance to change things around. S. Silos was clearly tired at the end of the game. T. Robert nicked the ball from him, but was unable to put it past the keeper. After 86 minutes, a mistake by the home side's left defence allowed F. Cardoso to get through. He outclassed the home side's keeper, adding another goal for the visitors. 0 - 6. Perceiana enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 89 percent of possession.

A. Colomer performed admirably for Olimpia. S. Silos was a disappointment, however. Most important Perceiana player was T. Robert. M. Matis turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 0 - 6.
