Korzonek was shown a yellow card after 16 minutes for slicing down an opponent. M. Andrich's knee will be throbbing for days, but thankfully for Sempo, he bravely continued in the match. The Sempo free kick 27 minutes into the match seemed wasted, as the shot was both short and off target. But was this actually a plan? The ball landed at the feet of D. Ginobili, who was completely unmarked in the box. That's 0 - 3! Halftime score was 0 - 3. Possession in this half belonged to "OLIMP"ijczyk, who controlled the ball 57 percent of the time.

The situation leading to "OLIMP"ijczyk's penalty 73 minutes into the match will be much debated after the game ends, but the competent I. Peetry didn't hesitate to make the score 1 - 3.
