Fairly good weather for football had drawn a crowd of 980 to Città di Antria. Dennis van der Kolk was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Severin Noss and Guenter Reutimann. By now, the players in Antria felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. Things were going to get worse for the visitors. S. Tschammer squirmed through their central defence after 38 minutes, increasing the lead to 4 - 0. It was 4 - 0 at the break. Antria had most of the ball, with 61 percent of possession.

S. Tschammer could have increased the lead after 61 minutes, but his shot hit the post after a nice combination in the middle of the park. As the match clock hit 67 minutes, Antria regrouped to try and keep their initiative in the game. L. Ciucci high-fived K. Trela as they swapped positions on the team. Content with how the game was proceeding, the Antria coach let P. Bernacca replace L. Ciucci after 68 minutes. After 74 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and H. Tulilovich gave the Antria supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 5 - 0. 76 minutes into the match K. Stenstrup put Antria ahead 6 - 0 with a truly marvelous free kick.
