Dunford came through on the left. Fortunately for the home crowd, the keeper made the save. K. Rock increased Vikings's lead to 1 - 3 with a superb free kick strike that flew in just under the far top corner. 1 - 3 was the score after the first half. Possession in this half belonged to Vikings, who controlled the ball 57 percent of the time.

J. Lim wasn't much help defensively. His energy-consuming forward runs proved quite costly in the oppressive heat. Had it not been for one of the home defenders, Y. Ahn would have put Vikings up another goal 57 minutes into the match with his audacious lob from the right wing. After 58 minutes, Vikings's M. Kim burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 1 - 4. Confident in their lead, Vikings's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. I. Rock found its way through the home side's poorly assembled defensive formation, making Vikings's lead 1 - 5. The home crowd cheered when, after 72 minutes, K. Dunford's charge up the middle resulted in the keeper making one of his best saves of the day. After 75 minutes, a mistake by the home side's left defence allowed D. Yeo to get through. He outclassed the home side's keeper, adding another goal for the visitors. 1 - 6. Vikings enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 66 percent of possession.

The most dominating Noeun player was without a doubt M. Animobono. However, J. Sesselmeier made a disastrous appearance. Most important Vikings player was Y. Kim. A. Kim on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 1 - 6.
