Clouds darkened the skies at Estadi Ovidi Montllor as 32900 spectators turned up for the match. J. Gelcem wanted to play on, but the Hotros coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 46 minutes into the game by H. Haverbusch. The Hotros captaincy was handed to V. García. By now, the players in Hotros felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. The home side worked hard to get through the middle and as a result, had a good chance of getting one back as N. Refojos tried lifting the ball over keeper V. Vidal. Unfortunately, the ball went just over the bar. Hotros claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 56 percent.

V. Čebonas performed admirably for Inadaptat. C. Behal was a disappointment, however. Hotros's top performer was clearly F. Carella. However, C. Brau made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 0 - 4.
