Westergård's long shot really ought to have found the net 24 minutes into the match, but it fell just wide of the target. J. Brøchner could have increased the lead after 28 minutes, but his shot hit the post after a nice combination in the middle of the park. After 29 minutes, BoldKlubben sent a free kick in high over the penalty box. In what looked like a well-rehearsed move, the ball was headed backwards and reached A. Koykov, who had plenty of space to place a well aimed shot - 3 - 0. 3 - 0 was the halftime score. Possession in this half belonged to BoldKlubben, who controlled the ball 75 percent of the time.

With clinical precision, the cross from winger J. Molskog found its way to J. Brøchner's head, and a screaming header gave BoldKlubben the goal after 48 minutes played. 4 - 0 By now, the players in BoldKlubben felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. Having been awarded a free kick in an awkward position after 53 minutes, BoldKlubben did not go for a shot but instead fired the ball hard into the 6 yard box. After a brief tussle with his marker, A. Koykov was able to power the ball past the keeper to make the score 5 - 0. H. Kimose should probably have put his team up another goal after 55 minutes, but some great goalkeeping by R. Vallonenko kept the visitors in the game. Cheers filled the stadium as A. Koykov broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 6 - 0 to BoldKlubben. By then A. Koykov had scored three goals - a hat trick! BoldKlubben solidified their lead at the 76 minute mark, as J. Brøchner dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 7 - 0. The coach of BoldKlubben was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 80 minutes, L. Klausen came on for F. Civita. BoldKlubben increased the lead as H. Rashid struck to make the score 8 - 0 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by BoldKlubben, with 79 percent of the ball.

BoldKlubben's top performer was clearly J. Brøchner. M. Fiorinelli was a disappointment, however. Most important Karpaty player was A. Nikodimov. R. Vallonenko on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 8 - 0.
