Superhansi had chosen a strategic 3-5-2 formation.
Lineup: Brömme - Jettenbach, Heuser, Ettenberger - Kaiserfeld-Weinberge, Wörlein, Reinsperg, Ruda, Mußger - Wanderer, Burkhardt.
Nespereira decided to use a 5-5-0 set up.

Superhansi were mostly trying to use their skill at attacking on the flanks.
Nespereira clearly had decided to counter-attack when they could.
Superhansi made a bid to take the lead as a ball coming in on the right hand side left
A. Wanderer completely alone with keeper
B. Skender, who made a spectacular block.

D. Monge took a soft shot from the left flank that was easy prey for the alert keeper.
Nespereira's
A. Tan got himself booked for a foul.
Coming in from the right, Nespereira had a good opportunity to convert on a counterattack after 34 minutes, but
R. Mijares's attempt to finish was easily stopped.

Superhansi had most of the ball, with 78 percent of possession.

J. Heuser to score after 50 minutes, but the shot hit the crossbar.
After 51 minutes, Nespereira surprised their opponents with a breakaway counter attack. The defenders had to resort to a foul to stop it. The free kick that followed was a clever indirect effort that almost succeeded, but the defence read the situation well and the intended recipient was left ruing what might have been.
60 minutes into the game, Superhansi had difficulty finding their positions and their organisation dropped to
inadequate.
A questionable penalty 67 minutes in gave the home side the lead, 1 - 0. The visitors' goalie didn't stand a chance as

Players in Superhansi heard their coach's words ringing in their ears and steered their central attacks to the wings instead.

J. Heuser almost extended the lead, but his shot from the left glanced off the top of the bar to fall behind the net.
After 80 minutes, the defensive line of Nespereira created a counterattack through the middle that gave
M. Khairul Hakimi a good look at the goal, but his shot glanced harmlessly off the crossbar.

O. Wörlein performed admirably for Superhansi.
