The players of RBM now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, A. Szczyrbowski got himself booked. The manager of Szalone was not happy. After 25 minutes, RBM raised their score by one when R. Aabling's dangerous low cross was cleverly tucked in at the near post by D. Juretić. 0 - 3. After 26 minutes Szalone's A. Szczyrbowski limped slightly after a late challenge, but he was able to continue. Halftime score was 0 - 3. RBM claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 63 percent.

With 46 minutes played, the Szalone coach decided a substitution may help turn the game around. C. Głuszcz came on, M. Szałas had to leave the fray. Given a free kick close to the byline, RBM tried a move that loyal fans may recognise from training. A pass to the side pulled the defence out of position which let D. Isaak slip through on goal. He didn't have to break his stride, and slipped the ball past the keeper to make it 0 - 4, 79 minutes into the game. 85 minutes in, RBM's D. Rocha received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. A penalty was awarded after 87 minutes, and 丁. 群航 (Qunhang) made the most of his chance to put RBM up by another goal. 0 - 5 for the visitors. R. Falksten received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 88 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 6. The RBM fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. The visitors' A. Szalone's top performer was clearly K. Stąporski. However, K. Widzyk made a disastrous appearance. The most dominating RBM player was without a doubt A. Novak. L. Schnell on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 0 - 8.
