Chierzi struck home from a rebound off the crossbar, following a shot from the right. Standard fans held their breath as P. Schräghans scampered down the left side. Stadler got through the home side's central line of defence, rolling in the equaliser to make it 2 - 2. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave P. Schräghans from Standard a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 36 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! The home side put themselves ahead 3 - 2 after 37 minutes courtesy of a breakthrough from P. Schräghans, who scored with a stunning volley following a cross from the right wing. This third goal completed a hattrick for P. Schräghans. It was 3 - 2 at the break. Possession in this half belonged to leto0708, who controlled the ball 53 percent of the time.

leto0708 tied it all up, 50 minutes in, after a spectacular goal by O. Stadler, who miraculously broke through the home side's central defence, making it 3 - 3. The visiting M.
