Due to an all-day shower, 1640 paying spectators got to see a match on a pitch-turned-bog at Slavia Ruda Śląska Arena. Speedy T. Rossit tried one of his patented rushes 51 minutes into the game, but V. Abrantes was just as fast and averted the attack. Traca had to make a substitution after 59 minutes. R. Michaux limped off the field and was replaced by A. Ergma. S. Dohmen slipped and slithered in the wet grass. His usual rapid runs were nowhere to be seen today. Slawia put themselves up 2 - 0 when C. Strękowski broke through on the right, leaving the entire defence trailing in his wake. Traca claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 59 percent.

Slawia's top performer was clearly C. Strękowski. J. Nyckowski on the other hand, had a terrible day. A. Parkkola performed admirably for Traca. A. Ergma turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 2 - 0.
