M. van Ekeris showed the skills that make him a real crowd pleaser as he, after 26 minutes, wove through the guests' entire central defence and put the 1 - 1 equaliser away. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave A. Józsa from Ténarèze a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 34 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! W. van Geffen gave Ténarèze the lead as he successfully challenged the guests' central defenders, then slotted the ball into the bottom corner, giving the keeper no chance. 2 - 1 A. Sillberg's name was chanted throughout the stadium after he made a fantastic save from A. Drelon's shot from the left 39 minutes into the match. Ténarèze's D. Sicari was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 40 minutes. Ténarèze solidified their lead at the 43 minute mark, as A. Grisoli dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 3 - 1. The players of Ténarèze now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. It was 3 - 1 at the break. Rockets27 had most of the ball, with 52 percent of possession.

A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in Ténarèze's A. Grisoli increasing the lead to 4 - 1. The goal to make it 5 - 1 was scored by A. Grisoli after 57 minutes, following an opportunistic counterattack down the middle by Ténarèze. That made three goals for A. Grisoli and he was marked down for the hat trick. A. Józsa increased the lead for Ténarèze to 6 - 1, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it! After 69 minutes, R. Teeuwen sent the corner kick right to R. Modesti who headed it sharply past the keeper. 7 - 1! Given a free kick close to the byline, Ténarèze tried a move that loyal fans may recognise from training. A pass to the side pulled the defence out of position which let W. van Geffen slip through on goal. He didn't have to break his stride, and slipped the ball past the keeper to make it 8 - 1, 73 minutes into the game. L. Persée behaved like an inexperienced youth player after 74 minutes as he gave the ball away to A. Lannersjö. Lucky for him though, there was no goal. The referee showed Rockets27's J. Malvik the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Rockets27 enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 52 percent of possession.

Most important Ténarèze player was A. Józsa. D. Sicari on the other hand, had a terrible day. Rockets27's top performer was clearly J. Malvik. However, B. Froissard made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 8 - 1.
