It had rained all day, but 41476 hardy fans still made it out to ... a Ci Stadium !!!. Sebastià Trayter was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Ross Langfelder and Jorge Maria Miguel. Aciteam decided to use a 3-5-2 set up. The following players had been chosen: Ganster - Lenci, Cólliga, Gremniku - Quintarelli, Barbon, Omazzi, Klemauskas, Piasini - Iancu, Verdesca.

KADIMA started off with a 3-5-2 lineup. Lineup: Selvagio - Linetti, Gergov, Holm - Nortula, Ricciardi, Maiozzi, Toscano, Lucullo - Saali, Bultynck.

After 9 minutes, KADIMA sent a free kick in high over the penalty box. In what looked like a well-rehearsed move, the ball was headed backwards and reached E. Saali, who had plenty of space to place a well aimed shot - 0 - 1. S. Ricciardi was uncomfortable with the soggy pitch as he couldn't move the ball around with his usual grace. A. Klemauskas of Aciteam received a yellow card after 14 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. A drive down the left side allowed P. Toscano to get in close and score another goal for KADIMA after 15 minutes, taking the score to 0 - 2. By now, the players in KADIMA felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. 21 minutes into the game, KADIMA worked the left side industriously creating several opportunities to add to their lead, but just couldn't apply the finishing touch. After 23 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave G. Bultynck a chance to increase the lead for KADIMA, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 3. The visitors' M. Gergov took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 28 minutes into the match. 0 - 4 for KADIMA. 0 - 4 was the score after the first half. KADIMA claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 75 percent.

After 56 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for O. Nortula who increased KADIMA's lead to 0 - 5. After 58 minutes, KADIMA's E. Saali burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 0 - 6. P. Toscano increased the visitors' lead by putting a volley away after a pass from the right. 0 - 7. After 75 minutes, the KADIMA players received new instructions from their manager on how to keep in control of the game. 77 minutes into the match, G. Bultynck came through the middle and almost added to his team's lead, but the shot went wide. With 77 minutes played, KADIMA put themselves up 0 - 8 after an attack from the right, caused by a defensive blunder. The scorer was E. Linetti. G. Bultynck left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 80 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. M. Di Vincenzo was the replacement. L. Iancu of Aciteam was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. KADIMA enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 77 percent of possession.

The most dominating Aciteam player was without a doubt A. Klemauskas. However, C. Quintarelli made a disastrous appearance. O. Nortula performed admirably for KADIMA. A. Holm on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 0 - 8.
