FURSAC 1 - 4 Caviar
(393432693)

25-07-2012 15.05
It was an exceptionally sunny day for the crowd of 1446 that came out to
LE PAVEL.
Lluís Cañas was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Lothar Nolting and
Martin Horvath.
FURSAC decided to use a 3-4-2 set up.
The following players had been chosen: Casahuamán - Páez, Hemphill, Maddaleno - Compte, Bertoux, Thiébaut, Ferhat - Gawliński, Domenge.
A 3-5-2 alignment was the formation of choice for Caviar.
Lineup: Urzáiz Diez - Ragadi, Mechri, Sleuyter - Cavallera, Tavares Costa, Parent, Boček, Reshko - Donciu, Ahangar.
After 19 minutes of play,
L. Páez gave the home team a 1 - 0 lead after an attack coming in from the right.
27 minutes into the game, FURSAC seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a
inadequate level of organisation.
V. Compte could have put FURSAC up one more, but he fired into the side netting after breaking free on the left after 34 minutes.
41 minutes into the game, FURSAC seemed a little tentative in their play as their organization fell to
poor.
1 - 0 was the score after the first half.
Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Caviar, with 61 percent of the ball.
A review of the gameplan helped FURSAC get back to a
passable organisation when the referee blew his whistle again.
Usually a powerful player on the field,
V. Sleuyter looked kind of pale and tired under the hot sun.
J. Boček made a run for the goal 65 minutes into the game but the home team's left back managed to sort the situation out in the end.
After 77 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as FURSAC found themselves out of position and their organisation level dropped to
inadequate.
Some brilliant football from the visitors' right wing resulted in a levelling of the score as Caviar's
M. Parent put the ball in the onion bag after 81 minutes to make it 1 - 1.
J. Boček didn't pace himself at all, and after a series of daring offensive runs he was too tired to help out in the defensive play.
Caviar's goal to make the score 1 - 2 came via a questionable penalty, but
A. Tavares Costa struck it home without a second thought.
A well placed corner kick from
A. Tavares Costa was followed by
D. Donciu's hard but accurate header. The well executed routine resulted in a goal for Caviar, the score now 1 - 3.
By now, the players in Caviar felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward.
88 minutes into the game, FURSAC had difficulty finding their positions and their organisation dropped to
poor.
A. Ragadi of Caviar took advantage of a mistake on the home side's right after 88 minutes which increased the away team's lead to 1 - 4.
Caviar claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 62 percent.
FURSAC's best player was
V. Compte.
L. Páez was a disappointment, however.
Caviar's top performer was clearly
J. Boček.
N. Mechri turned in a dismal performance, however.
The match ends 1 - 4.
