At 47 minutes played, A. Jeleč came in from the right with the intention of giving lll.Arsenal.lll the lead, but his rocket of a shot rattled the crossbar. L. Speckfeld had a good opportunity to give Rückwärts the lead as he charged down the right and struck the ball towards the top corner, but the home team's goalkeeper made the save. It was obvious that team lll.Arsenal.lll had instructions to attack in the middle instead of on the wings. C. Boltenstern was having a great game - if anything the pouring rain seemed to be spurring him on! lll.Arsenal.lll's T. Rognoni tried to break through in the middle repeatedly, but couldn't get past the visitors' defenders. T. Prunes of lll.Arsenal.lll was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by lll.Arsenal.lll, with 70 percent of the ball.

After the regular 90 minutes, the agony of extra time followed. The visitors' central defence should have had no trouble clearing the pass to R. Broockmüller, but the lll.Arsenal.lll player managed to shrug them off and fired a low shot past the keeper to give his team the lead. 2 - 1! Game over, lll.Arsenal.lll win! Most important lll.Arsenal.lll player was T. Prunes. However, F. Sucha made a disastrous appearance. L. Speckfeld performed admirably for Rückwärts. M. Maraš on the other hand, had a terrible day.
