Weather conditions were fairly good for football, and Arena Of Kings saw a crowd turnout of 1497. Kings saw most attack opportunities on the wings. The guests took the lead 11 minutes into the match, after a right-side attack resulted in J. Naja scoring to make it 0 - 1. After 13 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave M. Mettier a chance to increase the lead for Bango, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 2. J. Naja knocked one home from a counterattack down the right wing, making the score 0 - 3 after 19 minutes. G. Fritschi's lack of experience almost gave Kings a goal after 20 minutes, but the shot went right into the keeper's arms. A drive down the left side allowed G. Fritschi to get in close and score another goal for Bango after 31 minutes, taking the score to 0 - 4. At this point, it was obvious that the players of Bango lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. Z. Pap challenged the visitors' central defence eagerly, producing a good chance 37 minutes into the game as he went for a through ball. But, as so many times before, the guests' defensive efforts got the best of it. The referee showed Kings's S. More the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. 40 minutes into the game, S. More had to leave the pitch due to a knee injury. In came T. Minaberiet. 0 - 4 was the halftime score. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Bango, with 59 percent of the ball.

The coach of Bango was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 53 minutes, C. Valser came on for J. Naja. The visitors added to their lead 62 minutes into the game, after a sensational penalty kick by Bango's E. Muckert slid just past the home keeper. 0 - 5. The Bango players could smell victory in the air. R. Rosblom wasn't in a hurry to leave the field as he was substituted for D. Kemilev after 63 minutes. Kings needed a fresh pair of legs on the field, and after 65 minutes R. Firlik made way for C. Rai. Content with how the game was proceeding, the Bango coach let G. Buerki replace E. Muckert after 76 minutes. C. Valser was handed the Bango captain's armband. Although the whole team were struggling to impress, Kings's I. Jara was singled out as being the problem as he was called off the pitch after 80 minutes. J. Radford was given a chance to change things around. The home side worked their way through the middle and almost got one back when A. Sawant tried to sneak the ball past the keeper. L. Hey was too alert for that! With 82 minutes played, Bango put themselves up 0 - 6 after an attack from the right, caused by a defensive blunder. The scorer was D. Kemilev. Players in Kings heard their coach's words ringing in their ears and steered their central attacks to the wings instead. Possession of the ball saw an equal split between the teams during the forty-five minutes.

A. Sawant performed admirably for Kings. N. Courrier on the other hand, had a terrible day. Bango's best player was R. Odină. On the other hand, C. Valser's play was disheartening. The match ends 0 - 6.
