Clear skies welcomed the 873 spectators who had made their way to tuto stadium arena. It was an obvious ambition of tutoteam to use their ability at attacking on the flanks. The guests almost went up by a goal after 4 minutes when K. Paasivirta came through and shot from the right. The ball bounced harmlessly off the post, though. After 15 minutes, FC ESA's J. Erdozaín fell awkwardly, but was determined to stay in the match. That's the spirit! FC ESA's M. Zetterstad gave the visitors a 0 - 1 lead after 21 minutes with a superb strike from the right. After 31 minutes, E. Bengolea got through on the right and was very close to equalising for the home side, but didn't get the shot away. A drive down the left side allowed G. Kolev to get in close and score another goal for FC ESA after 35 minutes, taking the score to 0 - 2. A marvellous tutoteam effort on the right-hand side resulted in a goal after 36 minutes by A. Erksan, making the score 1 - 2. Halftime score was 1 - 2. Possession in this half belonged to tutoteam, who controlled the ball 52 percent of the time.

A defender managed to keep the ball from crossing the goal-line after a curling shot coming in from the right from M. Valmari after 48 minutes, and prevented FC ESA from going up another goal. tutoteam's T. Volfengenber was shown a yellow card after 49 minutes for slicing down an opponent. J. Bustos of tutoteam seemed to be floating in the air as he elegantly headed in to make the score 2 - 2 after a corner kick that was nicely executed by E. Bengolea. T. Volfengenber fired a shot from distance after 64 minutes, but the long shot couldn't find the net for tutoteam. As the 76 minute mark approached, the tutoteam coach decided it was time for a substitution. N. Grenard reluctantly made way for F. Leroy on the pitch. After 77 minutes, T. Volfengenber came in from the right, feinted, then sped past the off-balance defender to make the score 3 - 2, giving tutoteam the lead. tutoteam managed to extend their lead to 4 - 2 when N. Azevedo cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. tutoteam solidified their lead at the 80 minute mark, as D. Munzinger dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 5 - 2. tutoteam claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 61 percent.

tutoteam's best player was T. Volfengenber. S. Knudsen on the other hand, had a terrible day. K. Paasivirta performed admirably for FC ESA. However, M. Pizzo made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 5 - 2.
