(393545251)

24-07-2012 18.30
Weather conditions were fairly good for football, and
Anfield Road saw a crowd turnout of 507.
Mathieu Walcke was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Maurizio Meloni and
Felix Rohweddell.
Liverpool tactics involved an interesting 4-4-2 combination.
They fielded: Kilimann - Brüderl, Deubler, Leichtenmüller, Schüermann - Hage, Kranz, Paschen, Hodel - Lübzer, Blochberberger.
Forstegg started off with a 2-5-3 lineup.
Lineup: Caddi - Thüringen, Honig - Linter, Linter, Nägeli, Chierzi, Durrer - Stoichitã, Veres, Sønderskov.
V. Stoichitã came close to putting the visiting team one up 11 minutes into the match, following a solo raid down the middle, but
G. Kilimann managed to tip the ball to a corner.
R. Nägeli had a good try after 16 minutes, coming in on a fine move from the left, but the ball went wide.
Some good play on the left wing created an opportunity for the visitors 22 minutes into the match, and
L. Chierzi wasn't about to let it go by. He got past the defenders and fired a shot that the keeper just missed. 0 - 1 for the visitors.
39 minutes in, Liverpool's
D. Schüermann received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first.
H. Aschenbach was called on to replace Forstegg's
R. Nägeli after 40 minutes following a nasty collision.
D. Sønderskov of Forstegg took advantage of a mistake on the home side's right after 41 minutes which increased the away team's lead to 0 - 2.
It was 0 - 2 at the break.
Forstegg claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 62 percent.
After 52 minutes, Forstegg's
I. Veres burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 0 - 3.
Forstegg's
V. Stoichitã made it through the home team's defence on the right hand side 59 minutes into the match. After rounding the keeper, he only had to place the ball in the unguarded goal when a defender slid in and cleared the ball off the line.
71 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 0 - 4 as
T. Thüringen finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick.
The visitors'
O. Durrer took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 77 minutes into the match. 0 - 5 for Forstegg.
After this, you could see that the players of Forstegg were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals.
With 80 minutes played,
B. Leichtenmüller of Liverpool fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving.
Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Forstegg, with 65 percent of the ball.
Most important Liverpool player was
J. Lübzer.
G. Kilimann turned in a dismal performance, however.
The most dominating Forstegg player was without a doubt
L. Chierzi.
On the other hand,
H. Aschenbach's play was disheartening.
The match ends 0 - 5.
