Clear skies welcomed the 60000 spectators who had made their way to Highburates. Ondřej Žáček was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Serban Dumitru and Anders Karlsen. The score was then 0 - 3. Debeli increased their lead after 32 minutes when R. Paju broke through on the right, upping the score to 0 - 4, much to the home crowd's dismay. Confident in their lead, Debeli's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. After 33 minutes, arsen-al's E. Rikardsson fell awkwardly, but was determined to stay in the match. That's the spirit! An indecisive keeper looked on as a free kick by Debeli's S. Ñaupari put the visitors up 0 - 5 after 34 minutes. The referee showed Debeli's R. Paju the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. The teams went for the halftime break at 0 - 5. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Debeli, with 78 percent of the ball.

After 48 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for R. Paju who increased Debeli's lead to 0 - 6. With the scoreboard showing that 52 minutes had been played, Debeli nearly put themselves up another goal after B. Rupar came through on the left. Fortunately for the home crowd, the keeper made the save. S. Ñaupari increased the visitors' lead by putting a volley away after a pass from the right. 0 - 7. 65 minutes into the game, Debeli worked the left side industriously creating several opportunities to add to their lead, but just couldn't apply the finishing touch. There was concern in the stands when, at the 82 minute mark, Debeli's Đ. Javnik hit the ground hard, but he refused the attention of the trainer and rejoined his teammates on the pitch. The visitors' J. Infante took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 87 minutes into the match. 0 - 8 for Debeli. Debeli claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 80 percent.

arsen-al's best player was D. Lubitz. B. Wadehängen turned in a dismal performance, however. The most dominating Debeli player was without a doubt M. Balent. R. Clanachan was a disappointment, however. The match ends 0 - 8.
