SU 0 - 4 REAKTOR
(393605278)

01-08-2012 16.30
55000 fans braved the pouring rain at
Tumpernes Park.
Mario Rosenheim was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Vadim Edraşco and
Walter Giorgio Valtorta.
All of
København was shut down for the day, as fans of both clubs came to the derby.
SU had chosen a strategic 5-5-0 formation.
Starters: Buchinger - Kopczyński, Công Hãn, Kosnar, Piskoř, Bysiak - Söderblom, Leiter, Cisco, Gentis, Koivumäki -.
REAKTOR tactics involved an interesting 2-5-3 combination.
The following players took the field: Zarbo - Kamperis, Chiodini - Castaldo, Meisner, Møller Nielsen, Bendt, Ospina - Casoni, Cometa, Kaasinen.
Today, SU's strategy involved concentrating on the flanks for their attacks.
After 4 minutes,
L. Kaasinen sprinted between the opposing defenders and squared the ball, but the keeper deflected
R. Cometa's shot.
SU had a good opportunity to attack in the middle, but remembered their instructions to focus on wing attacks instead.
SU made a bid to take the lead as a ball coming in on the right hand side left
J. Kopczyński completely alone with keeper
S. Zarbo, who made a spectacular block.
A crazy pass by
R. Gentis towards his own keeper almost caused a goal for REAKTOR, but
M. Casoni didn't get the finish right.
The guests took the lead 17 minutes into the match, after a right-side attack resulted in
R. Cometa scoring to make it 0 - 1.
T. Koivumäki, who often relies on his speed, had a rotten day on the drenched grass.
SU put pressure on the visitors' central defence 23 minutes into the game, but
B. Công Hãn couldn't find an opening.
T. Koivumäki was ever so close to scoring after an excellent corner was beautifully flicked on by
K. Kosnar, but the ball bounced off the post to safety.
After 31 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave
L. Kaasinen a chance to increase the lead for REAKTOR, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 2.
The teams went for the halftime break at 0 - 2.
Possession in this half belonged to SU, who controlled the ball 60 percent of the time.
SU's
P. Leiter found himself alone on the left side 50 minutes into the match and laid down a perfect shot - right into the arms of the keeper!
The visitors'
M. Casoni took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 52 minutes into the match. 0 - 3 for REAKTOR.
T. Meisner was in the clear after breaking the offside trap following a REAKTOR counterattack from the left after 58 minutes. His neat finish made the score 0 - 4.
The players of REAKTOR now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle.
The coach of REAKTOR was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 60 minutes,
B. Hernández came on for
F. Chiodini.
J. Söderblom challenged the visitors' central defence eagerly, producing a good chance 65 minutes into the game as he went for a through ball. But, as so many times before, the guests' defensive efforts got the best of it.
J. Kopczyński of SU was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle.
Content with how the game was proceeding, the REAKTOR coach let
J. Soto replace
L. Kaasinen after 70 minutes.
Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by SU, with 60 percent of the ball.
SU's top performer was clearly
L. Cisco.
K. Kosnar was a disappointment, however.
Most important REAKTOR player was
T. Meisner.
However,
C. Ospina made a disastrous appearance.
The match ends 0 - 4.
