Tolosa could have put the guests one up after 28 minutes after chasing a through ball from the right, but F. Gualandi was as fast as a snake, grabbing the ball from under his nose. The referee showed spidermax's A. Tolosa the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. After 30 minutes, D. Smabers sent the corner kick right to Á. Annus who headed it sharply past the keeper. 1 - 0! It was a hot and sunny day, and several players seemed worn out. Maybe this was why G. Bulfari found an unusual amount of space for his snappy footwork. One of many good crosses from G. Stracciari on the wing was received and skillfully taken care of by S. Pettersson, who scored for spidermax. 1 - 1 The home crowd was not impressed by the fancy moves of spidermax's A. Nicolotti after 37 minutes. He converted a pass from the left for a goal, resulting in the visitors taking the 1 - 2 lead. Molenburgh's F. Gualandi had to watch the rest of the game from the sidelines, after twisting his ankle with 42 minutes having been played. E. Guillon was the replacement. Some fine movement on the left led to a spidermax goal after 43 minutes, making it 1 - 3. S. Russo was noted down as the scorer. The players of spidermax now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. 1 - 3 was the halftime score. Possession in this half belonged to Molenburgh, who controlled the ball 51 percent of the time.

S. Russo was the first to reach the corner kick, but his header was blocked by the keeper. However, spidermax's A. Nicolotti managed to get hold of the rebound and tucked the ball into the empty net. 1 - 4 The visitors' S. Pettersson took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 81 minutes into the match. 1 - 5 for spidermax. S. Pettersson received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 83 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 1 - 6. The spidermax fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. This third goal completed a hattrick for S. Pettersson. Molenburgh had to manage with a reduced squad after 84 minutes, as D. Smabers got sent off for a needless foul away from the game's action. After 85 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for S. Russo who increased spidermax's lead to 1 - 7. 86 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 1 - 8 as A. Nicolotti finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick. By then A. Nicolotti had scored three goals - a hat trick! A. Tolosa remonstrated furiously with the referee after spidermax had another decision go against them. The referee had no alternative but to show him another yellow card and send him from the pitch. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Molenburgh, with 52 percent of the ball.

G. Bulfari performed admirably for Molenburgh. E. Guillon turned in a dismal performance, however. spidermax's best player was A. Delage. However, N. Iovieno made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 1 - 8.
