Opsal cut through the central defence and chipped home a goal for CORPINHO. A corner kick created great disorder in the penalty area with a goal nearly scored by G. Longinotti. At last, CORPINHO's M. Mićić was able to backheel the ball in. 0 - 2. J. Opsal made a quick rush after 25 minutes, but J. Miranda had no problems keeping up the pace and stopped the attack. After the ball was lifted in from the left, V. Vranitzky was on his own in the home side's penalty area and should have scored after 41 minutes, but missed, probably due to lack of concentration. Rubi's defence sent a ball soaring up the middle on a beautiful counterattack with 42 minutes gone, but M. Soliveres's finish was met by the reaching hands of the keeper. The teams went for the halftime break at 0 - 2. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by CORPINHO, with 51 percent of the ball.

The home side worked hard to get through the middle and as a result, had a good chance of getting one back as M. Seré Ibarra tried lifting the ball over keeper T. Łączyński. Unfortunately, the ball went just over the bar. T. Molga left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 65 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. G. Borgobello was the replacement. Content with how the game was proceeding, the CORPINHO coach let Á. Sarmiento replace R. Mattoso after 65 minutes. L. Matthes became the new CORPINHO captain. The CORPINHO players could smell victory in the air. V. Vranitzky wasn't in a hurry to leave the field as he was substituted for I. Marques after 65 minutes. Some fine movement on the left led to a CORPINHO goal after 73 minutes, making it 0 - 3. G. Longinotti was noted down as the scorer. After this, you could see that the players of CORPINHO were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. Rubi's J. Miranda found himself alone on the left side 81 minutes into the match and laid down a perfect shot - right into the arms of the keeper! X. Milijosa got a fingertip on I. Mićić viciously shoved another player from behind while going for a loose ball and was sent off the pitch with a red card. The player down was N. Aceituno. The Rubi bench looked worried for a while, but in the end he managed to get up. Rubi had most of the ball, with 55 percent of possession.

The most dominating Rubi player was without a doubt M. Seré Ibarra. However, O. Arhon made a disastrous appearance. CORPINHO's top performer was clearly J. Opsal. T. Łączyński was a disappointment, however. The match ends 0 - 3.
