Ose caused the crowd to go mental with his goal up the middle after 32 minutes. This gave Overtråkk the 1 - 0 lead. Overtråkk's N. Andersen saw his fine effort strike the top of the bar following some good work up the middle by his teammates after 36 minutes. After 37 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and D. Škrgatić gave the Overtråkk supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 2 - 0. 2 - 0 was the halftime score. Overtråkk enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 68 percent of possession.

D. Škrgatić had a fantastic opportunity to put Overtråkk up another goal 48 minutes into the match, but he fired just over the crossbar. A lack of experience caused J. Lancha Pacheco to make a difficult dribble close to dangerous opponent D. Škrgatić of Overtråkk, who took the opportunity to score making it 3 - 0. Cheers filled the stadium as K. Øygarden broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 4 - 0 to Overtråkk. 58 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as K. Øygarden broke through, making the score 5 - 0 for Overtråkk. At this point, it was obvious that the players of Overtråkk lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. After 73 minutes, united switched M. Glantz with M. Aleiza, hoping for a quick impact on the pitch. Overtråkk's M. Oland had an excellent opportunity after 73 minutes, shooting after receiving a pass from the right hand side, but he missed the goal by miles! Possession in this half belonged to Overtråkk, who controlled the ball 64 percent of the time.

Overtråkk's best player was T. Langset. K. Øygarden turned in a dismal performance, however. M. Aleiza performed admirably for united. On the other hand, B. Otero's play was disheartening. The match ends 5 - 0.
