However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving. G. Alidori came close to extending the visitors' lead when he found himself completely unmarked in front of the goal after a pass through the middle. He tried to lift the ball over C. Nerla but overcooked it and hit the bar instead. Some fine movement on the left led to a NewTeam10 goal after 39 minutes, making it 0 - 3. G. Alidori was noted down as the scorer. After 40 minutes Cicciense's E. Wewers contracted a slight foot injury, but didn't want to leave the game. It was 0 - 3 at the break. Possession in this half belonged to NewTeam10, who controlled the ball 59 percent of the time.

Cicciense had a brilliant opportunity to reply as E. Wewers received a high ball from the right, striking the ball in the air. Only L. Neme's reflexes saved him. A drive down the left side allowed R. Ciriols to get in close and score another goal for NewTeam10 after 52 minutes, taking the score to 0 - 4. After this, you could see that the players of NewTeam10 were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. R. Ciriols could have put his team up another goal 72 minutes into the game, after a rush down the left, but his closing shot hit the post. G. Alidori of NewTeam10 took advantage of a mistake on the home side's right after 79 minutes which increased the away team's lead to 0 - 5. NewTeam10 had most of the ball, with 61 percent of possession.

The most dominating Cicciense player was without a doubt E. Wewers. S. Mazziotta was a disappointment, however. Most important NewTeam10 player was G. Arlotti. However, R. Lagioni made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 0 - 5.
