Invictos 0 - 6 Trubental (393695823)

It was an exceptionally sunny day for the crowd of 1906 that came out to Juana de Arco. Yona Saadon was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Tim De Soete and Samuel Lins Aguiar. Using their counter-attacking abilities was the strategy of choice for Invictos. Today, Trubental's strategy involved concentrating on the flanks for their attacks. After 14 minutes, Trubental's K. Ulicki made his way through the middle and nonchalantly placed the ball out of the keeper's reach, putting the visitors up 0 - 1. 15 minutes into the game, Invictos seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a solid level of organisation. After 18 minutes, H. Rinta-aho made a complete fool of himself when he presented the ball to the feet of Ö. Kor who smashed it into the open goal for Trubental. 0 - 2. 23 minutes into the game, Invictos seemed a little tentative in their play as their organization fell to solid. A drive down the left side allowed D. Dincã to get in close and score another goal for Trubental after 34 minutes, taking the score to 0 - 3. At this point, it was obvious that the players of Trubental lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. Given a free kick close to the byline, Trubental tried a move that loyal fans may recognise from training. A pass to the side pulled the defence out of position which let D. Dincã slip through on goal. He didn't have to break his stride, and slipped the ball past the keeper to make it 0 - 4, 38 minutes into the game. G. Geschwendtner received some harsh words from his coach after he acted foolishly 44 minutes into the match, probably out of lack of experience, and almost let an opponent score. It was 0 - 4 at the break. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Trubental, with 53 percent of the ball.

During the break, Invictos's coach went through the team's tactics yet again, getting them up to solid organisation. A. Jarmoc's technique was perfect on this sunny day and led to some breathtaking tricks that bamboozled the defence. 70 minutes into the game, Trubental worked the left side industriously creating several opportunities to add to their lead, but just couldn't apply the finishing touch. Trubental were determined to attack on the wing and their central attempts were constantly abandoned in favour of the wings. N. Terze increased the visitors' lead by putting a volley away after a pass from the right. 0 - 5. After 76 minutes, Trubental's J. Haek burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 0 - 6. After 83 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as Invictos found themselves out of position and their organisation level dropped to inadequate. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave A. Perdomo from Invictos a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 85 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! Trubental enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 60 percent of possession.

I. Price performed admirably for Invictos. A. Perdomo turned in a dismal performance, however. Trubental's top performer was clearly G. Bruckhart. On the other hand, G. Geschwendtner's play was disheartening. The match ends 0 - 6.
