361 spectators had come to Bajszos Huszár FC Arena this cloudy day. Elias Vitikainen was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Joop Cockx and Kajetan Kandybowicz. Bajszos mostly ignored the flanks in favour of their ability to attack in the middle. It was an obvious ambition of Zopex to use their ability at attacking on the flanks. The terraces were silenced after 7 minutes when Zopex's A. Rubio Envite put the guests ahead 0 - 1, following an attack on the right. Zopex increased their lead after 21 minutes when J. Miranda broke through on the right, upping the score to 0 - 2, much to the home crowd's dismay. The referee showed Bajszos's M. Le Reste the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Zopex had a good opportunity to attack in the middle, but remembered their instructions to focus on wing attacks instead. The visitors almost increased their lead after 39 minutes when a sweetly hit free kick looked like it was heading for the top corner. However the keeper managed to get a fingertip to it, sending it over the bar. It was 0 - 2 at the break. Zopex had most of the ball, with 77 percent of possession.

N. Videnov left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 46 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. S. Martínez de Herrero was the replacement. The Zopex free kick 51 minutes into the match seemed wasted, as the shot was both short and off target. But was this actually a plan? The ball landed at the feet of G. Malmignati, who was completely unmarked in the box. That's 0 - 3! A. Rubio Envite of Zopex took advantage of a mistake on the home side's right after 63 minutes which increased the away team's lead to 0 - 4. After this, you could see that the players of Zopex were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. C. Cardenas wanted to play on, but the Zopex coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 65 minutes into the game by V. Butoiu. M. Selsam behaved like an inexperienced youth player after 70 minutes as he gave the ball away to J. Rikman. Lucky for him though, there was no goal. It was obvious that Zopex had instructions to attack on the wings instead of in the middle. With 83 minutes gone, a long pass from the defence of Bajszos resulted in a counterattack that set M. Le Reste free through the middle, but the keeper made a spectacular diving save. After 84 minutes, a mistake by the home side's left defence allowed S. Wandel to get through. He outclassed the home side's keeper, adding another goal for the visitors. 0 - 5. After 85 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for D. Veenman who increased Zopex's lead to 0 - 6. S. Wandel of Zopex received a yellow card after 86 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Zopex, with 78 percent of the ball.

Bajszos's top performer was clearly T. Fazekas. G. Goicolea turned in a dismal performance, however. V. Butoiu performed admirably for Zopex. On the other hand, J. Theobald's play was disheartening. The match ends 0 - 6.
