Today, soccer's strategy involved concentrating on the flanks for their attacks. With 15 minutes played T. Makari almost put the home team one ahead on a cross coming in from the right, but the shot went just wide. M. Bozan caused the crowd to go mental with his goal up the middle after 22 minutes. This gave Knights the 1 - 0 lead. R. Bryan caught everyone off guard with a great opening pass - but unfortunately H. Siggaard was as surprised by the move as anybody else, and managed to miss the extraordinary opportunity. A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of Knights to 2 - 0 as H. Hintzmann finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. T. Makari increased the lead for Knights to 3 - 0, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it! At this point, it was obvious that the players of Knights lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. The home crowd was silenced as M. Hansson took a successful penalty shot 35 minutes into the game, reducing the home lead to 3 - 1. The teams went for the halftime break at 3 - 1. Possession in this half belonged to soccer, who controlled the ball 51 percent of the time.

H. Siggaard's curling free kick almost found the goal for Knights, but the visitors' keeper somehow managed to get ahold of it. The home side's U. Alexandersson came close to extending the lead 55 minutes into the game. His shot came in from the right hand side but M. Raveneau managed to save it with an unbelievable reaction stop. The referee showed Knights's H. Hintzmann the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Although the whole team were struggling to impress, soccer's U. Gallucci was singled out as being the problem as he was called off the pitch after 70 minutes. R. Pérez Torres was given a chance to change things around. After 71 minutes, soccer switched Č. Gams with G. Botta, hoping for a quick impact on the pitch. The bench was restless, and with 72 minutes passed soccer's coach gave S. Cucu the opportunity the player had been hoping for. J. Carruthers reluctantly left the field. soccer managed to reduce the score to 3 - 2 as B. Wienesen finished off a well-played combination from the left, easily carving through the defence. The soccer players listened closely to their manager, as he gave new tactical instructions for the team. After 80 minutes, soccer used a short break in the game to take new instructions from their coach. With 82 minutes played, Knights put themselves up 4 - 2 when the visiting defenders lost the ball to N. Hadad, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the keeper and knock the ball home. soccer claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 54 percent.

Knights's best player was R. Bryan. U. Alexandersson was a disappointment, however. Most important soccer player was R. Pérez Torres. However, S. Cucu made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 4 - 2.
