Umbarila scampered down the left side. He successfully avoided all challenges and cracked home the shot for 1 - 0! 1 - 0 was the score after the first half. B.L.J. enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 66 percent of possession.

The bench was restless, and with 46 minutes passed O.V.S.A's coach gave J. Svenn the opportunity the player had been hoping for. E. Kudzia reluctantly left the field. O.V.S.A needed a fresh pair of legs on the field, and after 46 minutes V. Šufinskas made way for O. Neves. B.L.J. managed to extend their lead to 2 - 0 when L. Umbarila cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. O.V.S.A's ability to press all over the field frequently paid dividends. With 61 minutes played, K. Skwiercz could have brought this one home for B.L.J. as he charged up on the left, but his hooked ball went just a bit too high. B.L.J. had most of the ball, with 67 percent of possession.

B.L.J.'s best player was L. Iversen. However, I. Ginter made a disastrous appearance. Most important O.V.S.A player was R. Tsitsos. M. Krenn on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 2 - 0.
