Coming in from the right, Veroli had a good opportunity to convert on a counterattack after 56 minutes, but A. Di Ciommo's attempt to finish was easily stopped. After 58 minutes Estornudo's C. Eres contracted a slight foot injury, but didn't want to leave the game. The home side put themselves ahead 2 - 1 after 78 minutes courtesy of a breakthrough from P. Gatinara Leñano, who scored with a stunning volley following a cross from the right wing. With 85 minutes played, K. Otocki could have brought this one home for Estornudo as he charged up on the left, but his hooked ball went just a bit too high. Possession in this half belonged to Estornudo, who controlled the ball 70 percent of the time.

Estornudo's best player was P. Gatinara Leñano. However, C. Garret made a disastrous appearance. A. Pardo performed admirably for Veroli. On the other hand, M. Caronni's play was disheartening. The match ends 2 - 1.
