Barretos increasing the lead to 2 - 0. Confident in their lead, Futbol's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. The cannonball from 35 metres by D. Židov of Futbol was an impressive sight, but didn't make it into the net. With 42 minutes played, Futbol put themselves up 3 - 0 when the visiting defenders lost the ball to G. Schwoshuber, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the keeper and knock the ball home. 3 - 0 was the score after the first half. Futbol enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 81 percent of possession.

Futbol managed to extend their lead to 4 - 0 when D. van Ee cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. V. Lukkaroinen left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 65 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. A. Murray was the replacement. The Futbol captaincy was handed to G. Schwoshuber. The coach of Futbol was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 70 minutes, K. Vasarietis came on for D. van Ee. Knappen narrowly missed the free kick attempt that was awarded as a result of a foul. 79 minutes into the game, Futbol had difficulty finding their positions and their organisation dropped to weak. 82 minutes into the game, Futbol were awarded a penalty that M. Maresch turned into 5 - 0 without a problem. Nespereira's A. Tan left the field after 87 minutes because of a nasty blow to the shin. His replacement was J. Bartmettler. Futbol had most of the ball, with 70 percent of possession.

M. Barretos performed admirably for Futbol. K. Vasarietis turned in a dismal performance, however. Nespereira's top performer was clearly W. Knappen. However, H. Carmona made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 5 - 0.
