After 71 minutes Stechbeitel's E. Zeeuws limped slightly after a late challenge, but he was able to continue. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave X. Guillou from Stechbeitel a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 73 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! C. Iacobeţ of Uniklinik received a yellow card after 79 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. Uniklinik's L. Aksentić managed a superb strike from the left after 86 minutes that would have left goalkeeper G. Gatellier without a chance, had it not hit the post.
