The visitors' central defence should have had no trouble clearing the pass to D. van Ierland, but the Davids player managed to shrug them off and fired a low shot past the keeper to give his team the lead. 1 - 0! With 20 minutes played, L. Thorpe could have brought this one home for Davids as he charged up on the left, but his hooked ball went just a bit too high. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, M. Majtczak got himself booked. The manager of Ozzy was not happy. Davids had a good opportunity to attack on the wing, but remembered their instructions to go for middle attacks. 23 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as V. Úrculo broke through, making the score 2 - 0 for Davids. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave A. Pałac from Ozzy a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 25 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! Unfortunately for Davids, M. Gérard was injured when the game became more physical, and he had to leave the field. R. Ahamdanech replaced him. L. Thorpe could have put Davids up one more, but he fired into the side netting after breaking free on the left after 30 minutes. Davids were determined to attack in the middle, even their wing attacks ended up centrally. Cheers filled the stadium as D. van Ierland broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 3 - 0 to Davids. The teams went for the halftime break at 3 - 0. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Davids, with 72 percent of the ball.

R. Wetzk left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 46 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. D. Oppenheim was the replacement. The Davids players could smell victory in the air. N. Gruythuizen wasn't in a hurry to leave the field as he was substituted for A. Spexare after 46 minutes. Davids solidified their lead at the 57 minute mark, as D. van Ierland dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 4 - 0. That made three goals for D. van Ierland and he was marked down for the hat trick. Several players seemed a little dazed by the warm weather, and were repeatedly tricked by the clever and agile L. Thorpe. Central attacks were the recipe of the day for Davids, as they moved the ball from the wings to the middle with startling regularity. Things were going to get worse for the visitors. D. Codreanu squirmed through their central defence after 68 minutes, increasing the lead to 5 - 0. By now, the players in Davids felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. The score became 6 - 0 at 89 minutes into the game, when Davids were given a penalty which D. Codreanu blasted straight down the middle giving the keeper no chance! Davids claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 79 percent.

Davids's top performer was clearly L. Thorpe. On the other hand, R. Ahamdanech's play was disheartening. D. Szukiewicz performed admirably for Ozzy. However, M. Majtczak made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 6 - 0.
