With 26 minutes played, seemingly due to lack of experience, J. Dura needlessly tripped an opponent just outside the penalty area, but the free kick that followed didn't succeed. With 27 minutes played, the home side managed to get a 1 - 0 lead as M. Fuensalida flipped the ball in after a cross from the right. It was 1 - 0 at the break. Giznik had most of the ball, with 64 percent of possession.

M. Moncada hit the corner kick straight to the keeper, but it was mishandled, giving Carbajaleña's V. Saboya an easy chance to knock it in for 2 - 0. Giznik had a fair chance to reply after 71 minutes due to some fine moves down the left, but in the end A. van Bergen was slow to keep up with the play and was unable to make it into the penalty box to apply a finish. Carbajaleña managed to extend their lead to 3 - 0 when J. Barrot cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. After this, you could see that the players of Carbajaleña were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. Almost all the way down to the corner flag, Carbajaleña's K.
