(394180860)

22-08-2012 18.10
The weather was pretty good, and a crowd of 994 had shown up at
Górne Arena for the match.
Jovica Šoster was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Martí Casal and
Corey Marsh.
Matwiejewa decided to use a 3-5-2 set up.
Starters: Cudzich - Stranz, Loaiza, Kaczor - Bürger, Olczak, Valenzuela Aranda, Ghanadpour, Lobo - Niedermayer, Sebastião Silva.
Chędoga had chosen a strategic 3-5-2 formation.
The following players took the field: Łysakowski - Kawecki, Raftery, Bieńko - Kalwat, Tabor, Müller, Goldberg, Babecki - Gocławski, Marcinek.
7 minutes had elapsed when a great chance for Matwiejewa to take the lead after a good cross from the right found
T. Olczak alone with the keeper, but he chipped it to the wrong side of the post.
After 9 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as Chędoga found themselves out of position and their organisation level dropped to
inadequate.
Matwiejewa could have put themselves ahead after 15 minutes but
T. Olczak missed a volley shot on a ball coming in from the right.
34 minutes into the match and the home team took a 1 - 0 lead after breaking through on the left. The scorer for Matwiejewa was
S. Niedermayer.
Things were going to get worse for the visitors.
G. Sebastião Silva squirmed through their central defence after 38 minutes, increasing the lead to 2 - 0.
A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of Matwiejewa to 3 - 0 as
G. Sebastião Silva finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle.
3 - 0 was the score after the first half.
Matwiejewa enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 67 percent of possession.
The Chędoga players spent the break getting a rerun of the team's tactical organisation and regained a
solid organisation when the game started again.
Matwiejewa increased the lead as
G. Loaiza struck to make the score 4 - 0 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper.
At this point, it was obvious that the players of Matwiejewa lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented.
63 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as
P. Bürger broke through, making the score 5 - 0 for Matwiejewa.
67 minutes into the game, Chędoga had difficulty finding their positions and their organisation dropped to
inadequate.
78 minutes in, Chędoga appeared unsure on how to play and their organisation was only
inadequate.
After 79 minutes,
P. Kalwat sent the corner kick right to
J. Babecki who headed it sharply past the keeper. 5 - 1!
J. Kawecki of Chędoga received a yellow card after 81 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour.
T. Olczak should probably have put his team up another goal after 83 minutes, but some great goalkeeping by
M. Łysakowski kept the visitors in the game.
Matwiejewa claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 65 percent.
Matwiejewa's top performer was clearly
E. Lobo.
Ł. Cudzich turned in a dismal performance, however.
The most dominating Chędoga player was without a doubt
Z. Marcinek.
On the other hand,
F. Müller's play was disheartening.
The match ends 5 - 1.
