The strategy for ghiamat was to use their ability to press. A well placed corner kick from O. Mariakis was followed by E. Morri's hard but accurate header. The well executed routine resulted in a goal for Kybalion, the score now 1 - 0. Kybalion managed to extend their lead to 2 - 0 when S. Gonzalo cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. The players of Kybalion now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. ghiamat's A. Mónico was shown a yellow card after 24 minutes for slicing down an opponent. In a fantastic display of determination, Kybalion's V. Cirieño forced himself to his feet, after an opponent viciously knocked him down. 26 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as O. Mariakis broke through, making the score 3 - 0 for Kybalion. Kybalion's O. Mariakis struck his penalty well enough to beat the goalkeeper and extend the home team's lead to 4 - 0 after 32 minutes. O. Mariakis increased Kybalion's lead to 5 - 0 with a penalty spot cannonball. At that, O. Mariakis was noted down for a hat trick! Halftime score was 5 - 0. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Kybalion, with 72 percent of the ball.

Things were going to get worse for the visitors. M. Rabczuk squirmed through their central defence after 63 minutes, increasing the lead to 6 - 0. When A. Mónico made yet another studs-first tackle after 67 minutes, the referee was obliged to book the ghiamat player for the second time, sending him off the pitch. The ghiamat captaincy was handed to C. Perger. Kybalion increased the lead as E. Morri struck to make the score 7 - 0 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper. After 71 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as ghiamat found themselves out of position and their organisation level dropped to passable. The score became 8 - 0 at 77 minutes into the game, when Kybalion were given a penalty which O. Mariakis blasted straight down the middle giving the keeper no chance! ghiamat's T. Morisseau was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 79 minutes. Things were deteriorating for the away team as Kybalion scored another to make it 9 - 0 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for D. Ruiz-Berriz after 81 minutes. Kybalion claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 76 percent.

Most important Kybalion player was M. Roj. However, J. Cabrita made a disastrous appearance. A. Pérez performed admirably for ghiamat. M. Nilsson turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 9 - 0.
