GoalGetters! took a creative approach on the field. D. Andrade Ribeiro of IM seemed to be floating in the air as he elegantly headed in to make the score 0 - 1 after a corner kick that was nicely executed by Z. Farkas. IM increased their lead after 15 minutes when J. Rosselot broke through on the right, upping the score to 0 - 2, much to the home crowd's dismay. Some fine movement on the left led to a IM goal after 17 minutes, making it 0 - 3. J. Rosselot was noted down as the scorer. With 25 minutes played, IM put themselves up 0 - 4 after an attack from the right, caused by a defensive blunder. The scorer was A. Fernandes Machado. After this, you could see that the players of IM were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. After 37 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for D. Andrade Ribeiro who increased IM's lead to 0 - 5. 0 - 5 was the score after the first half. Possession in this half belonged to IM, who controlled the ball 64 percent of the time.

64 minutes into the match, A. Fernandes Machado came through the middle and almost added to his team's lead, but the shot went wide. L. Blach of IM took advantage of a mistake on the home side's right after 81 minutes which increased the away team's lead to 0 - 6. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave J. Rosselot from IM a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 83 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! The home crowd was not impressed when A. Fernandes Machado came in from the right, shooting hard to score after 84 minutes. IM were now up 0 - 7. GoalGetters! almost scored after a counterattack 87 minutes into the match, but M. Vervisch took a shot from the left that landed harmlessly in the side of the net. Z. Farkas increased the visitors' lead by putting a volley away after a pass from the right. 0 - 8. IM had most of the ball, with 66 percent of possession.

The most dominating GoalGetters! player was without a doubt M. Vervisch. G. Frasier turned in a dismal performance, however. Most important IM player was A. Fernandes Machado. On the other hand, 邓. 偌凯 (Ruokai) 's play was disheartening. The match ends 0 - 8.
