1614 spectators had come to
Gangsta Arena this cloudy day.
Andrés Brennan was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Sebi Kolber and
Toke Vendelø.
Gangsta tactics involved an interesting 4-5-1 combination.
The following players had been chosen: Schuchardt - Blay, Kevorkian, Segieth, Escobedo - Schönbächler, Smoraldi, Holguín, Ginelli, Tarín - Mota.
A 3-5-2 alignment was the formation of choice for altijd.

A badly positioned defensive formation on a free kick after 4 minutes led to altijd's
Y. Verdoes giving the visitors the lead 0 - 1.
M. Mota hit the corner kick straight to the keeper, but it was mishandled, giving Gangsta's
M. Segieth an easy chance to knock it in for 1 - 1.
A mistake by the home side's central defence after 20 minutes allowed
C. Winter to score for altijd. The scoreboard now read 1 - 2.
The crowd roared in delight as
M. Segieth finished off a spectacular series of passes through the middle to even the score for Gangsta 26 minutes into the match. 2 - 2.

G. Meilink made his way through the middle and nonchalantly placed the ball out of the keeper's reach, putting the visitors up 2 - 3.
The visitors almost increased their lead after 39 minutes when a sweetly hit free kick looked like it was heading for the top corner. However the keeper managed to get a fingertip to it, sending it over the bar.
The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave
M. Mota from Gangsta a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 40 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient!
41 minutes into the game, Gangsta seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a
solid level of organisation.
Some fine movement on the left led to a altijd goal after 42 minutes, making it 2 - 4.
J. Obrecht was noted down as the scorer.
Gangsta had to make a substitution after 43 minutes.
I. Escobedo limped off the field and was replaced by
Á. Lecona.

The coach gave his players an extra tactical briefing during the break, and after that Gangsta had
solid organisation.

V. Ginelli with
B. Mpesya, hoping for a quick impact on the pitch.
D. Holguín of Gangsta was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle.
69 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 2 - 5 as
R. Stenekes finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick.
A drive down the left side allowed
R. Stenekes to get in close and score another goal for altijd after 71 minutes, taking the score to 2 - 6.
Gangsta's
D. Holguín managed a superb strike from the left after 71 minutes that would have left goalkeeper
V. Faasse without a chance, had it not hit the post.
75 minutes into the game, Gangsta seemed a little tentative in their play as their organization fell to
passable.
altijd had most of the ball, with 66 percent of possession.
The most dominating Gangsta player was without a doubt
M. Mota.
F. Smoraldi was a disappointment, however.
Most important altijd player was
S. Hupperts.
D. Debets turned in a dismal performance, however.
The match ends 2 - 6.
