Schweppes had to manage with a reduced squad after 87 minutes, as D. Louvel got sent off for a needless foul away from the game's action. Unfortunately for babich, J. Companys was injured when the game became more physical, and he had to leave the field. F. Darmois replaced him. Schweppes enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 54 percent of possession.

R. Palojärvi performed admirably for babich. F. Darmois turned in a dismal performance, however. The most dominating Schweppes player was without a doubt R. Lambert. On the other hand, A. Omay's play was disheartening. The match ends 0 - 2.
