González Palacios really should have scored when he was chosen by fate to confront a wide open goal following a great play by K. Sørensen after a corner. Motorola had to make a substitution after 36 minutes. J. Vanrobaeys limped off the field and was replaced by G. Lara. P. Gornic enjoyed the sunshine and demonstrated his stunning technique over and over again. The terraces were silenced after 38 minutes when Motorola's G. Alcaina put the guests ahead 0 - 1, following an attack on the right. With 39 minutes having been played, CR7 scored to make it 1 - 1. A dribble down the left wing, followed by a shot which took a wicked bounce off a defender resulted in the keeper having no chance. Everyone thought it'd been an own goal, but J. Chico de Guzmán was marked down as the scorer. 1 - 1 was the halftime score. Possession in this half belonged to CR7, who controlled the ball 54 percent of the time.

Motorola's G. Alcaina managed to lose the defenders as he advanced down the right wing and scored, putting the visitors ahead after 49 minutes. 1 - 2. CR7 had a good opportunity to attack on the wing, but remembered their instructions to go for middle attacks. Against a lesser team, CR7 could very well have succeeded with their smart indirect free kick routine after 69 minutes. A trio of passes took the ball all the way past the defenders, but by then the intended recipient was already blocked off and the keeper could make a leisurely save. The crowd chanted their encouragement as CR7's J. Chico de Guzmán came in from the right after 71 minutes and put the ball in the net to level the score at 2 - 2. After 80 minutes, P. González Palacios came in from the right, feinted, then sped past the off-balance defender to make the score 3 - 2, giving CR7 the lead. 82 minutes into the match the visitors levelled the score at 3 - 3 as B. Wuttke struck home from a rebound off the crossbar, following a shot from the right. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by CR7, with 55 percent of the ball.

Most important CR7 player was P. González Palacios. D. Tande was a disappointment, however. The most dominating Motorola player was without a doubt A. Tjäderflod. G. Lara on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 3 - 3.
