31-03-2012 11.30
59761 spectators arrived at
FC Vinc Mount, where weather conditions were pretty good for football.
Jure Kejžar was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Jörgen Fyhrholt and
Dolf van Westing.
A 2-5-3 alignment was the formation of choice for Vinc.
The following players took the field: Samir - Ćirković, Sheen - Redlich, Zékány, Hradec, Fandiño, Šipšinskas - Lusson, Desxpro, Spurný.
Supersonics decided to use a 4-5-1 set up.
Lineup: Atzamopoulos - Hotárek, Velek, Cociş, Oršulík - Dioayuda, Šilhán, Maloň, Šteiner, Bruzelius - Vrsaljko.
Vinc seemed to prefer attacking in the middle.
It was obvious that Supersonics were using their pressing skill as their primary tactic.
After 9 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as Supersonics found themselves out of position and their organisation level dropped to
solid.
Supersonics pressed their opponents, causing the game to be a bit of a stalemate at times.
After several obvious shirt pulling incidents,
J. Lusson got himself booked. The manager of Vinc was not happy.
Vinc were determined to attack in the middle, even their wing attacks ended up centrally.
Vinc took the lead 22 minutes into the game by 1 - 0, as
P. Zékány elegantly received a long range pass through the middle, finishing off with a half-volley shot just below the bar.
25 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as
G. Fandiño broke through, making the score 2 - 0 for Vinc.
The teams went for the halftime break at 2 - 0.

S. Sciarratta came on for
G. Fandiño.

E. Bruzelius got himself booked for a foul.
It was obvious that team Vinc had instructions to attack in the middle instead of on the wings.
A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in Vinc's
J. Spurný increasing the lead to 3 - 0.
After this, you could see that the players of Vinc were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals.
The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave
J. Desxpro from Vinc a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 84 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient!
Unfortunately for Supersonics,
R. Hotárek was injured when the game became more physical, and he had to leave the field.
V. Ondříšek replaced him.
Vinc enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 57 percent of possession.
Vinc's top performer was clearly
J. Spurný.
