30708 fans braved the pouring rain at FROG Arena. Palle Fausing was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Severino Calisti and Gottfried Paldan. Using their counter-attacking abilities was the strategy of choice for FROG. SKJ 1932 mostly ignored the flanks in favour of their ability to attack in the middle. After 11 minutes of play, D. Schorpion gave the home team a 1 - 0 lead after an attack coming in from the right. 24 minutes into the game, A. Olsen had to leave the pitch due to a knee injury. In came V. Huml. L. Tomiška of SKJ 1932 received a yellow card after 37 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. The corner kick from A. Liška was powerfully met by the head of J. Daniel to make the score 1 - 1. The visitors could have taken the lead from a free kick after 40 minutes, if it wasn't for the jaw-dropping save by O. Hereu. SKJ 1932's S. Horák could have put the guests one up after 41 minutes after chasing a through ball from the right, but O. Hereu was as fast as a snake, grabbing the ball from under his nose. S. Erimos knocked one home from a counterattack down the right wing, making the score 2 - 1 after 42 minutes. 43 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as A. García broke through, making the score 3 - 1 for FROG. Halftime score was 3 - 1. FROG claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 53 percent.

The visitors replied 52 minutes into the game, reducing the home side's lead to 3 - 2, as L. Tomiška dashed up the middle, easily lobbing the ball over the home team's keeper. SKJ 1932 managed, after 55 minutes, to even the score at 3 - 3 with a lucky free kick by A. Liška. Somehow the ball squirmed its way through the defensive wall! 60 minutes into the game, SKJ 1932 wanted to bring some new energy to their game. A. Liška gave A. Petr a quick hug as he left the field. FROG took the lead 63 minutes into the game by 4 - 3, as A. García elegantly received a long range pass through the middle, finishing off with a half-volley shot just below the bar. Although the whole team were struggling to impress, SKJ 1932's L. Tomiška was singled out as being the problem as he was called off the pitch after 67 minutes. L. Kocek was given a chance to change things around. After 72 minutes, SKJ 1932 switched R. Červenka with R. Rozbořil, hoping for a quick impact on the pitch. FROG had most of the ball, with 51 percent of possession.

P. Tonti performed admirably for FROG. O. Hereu turned in a dismal performance, however. Most important SKJ 1932 player was G. Švéda. R. Rozbořil on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 4 - 3.
