Lost(r) used their ability to concentrate their attacks in the middle of the pitch, rather than on the wings. Avengers saw most attack opportunities on the wings. Lost(r) players heard their coach's words ringing in their ears and steered their wing attacks to the middle instead. The visitors' central defence should have had no trouble clearing the pass to G. Abbiati, but the Lost(r) player managed to shrug them off and fired a low shot past the keeper to give his team the lead. 1 - 0! After 21 minutes, a couple of quick and successful challenges followed by a shot from just outside the penalty area by A. Kolegar might have resulted in another goal for Lost(r). However, L. Bouzón made a spectacular save. After 28 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and G. Abbiati gave the Lost(r) supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 2 - 0. 2 - 0 was the score after the first half. Lost(r) had most of the ball, with 65 percent of possession.

I. Čuhel should probably have put his team up another goal after 47 minutes, but some great goalkeeping by L. Bouzón kept the visitors in the game. Avengers's H. Mellor got himself booked for a foul. Unhappy with the result so far in the game, the Avengers manager used a brief break in play after 62 minutes to give the players new directives. The Avengers players listened closely to their manager, as he gave new tactical instructions for the team. Central attacks were the recipe of the day for Lost(r), as they moved the ball from the wings to the middle with startling regularity. G. Abbiati had a fantastic opportunity to put Lost(r) up another goal 69 minutes into the match, but he fired just over the crossbar. Lost(r) were determined to attack in the middle, even their wing attacks ended up centrally. Cheers filled the stadium as R. Pedroni broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 3 - 0 to Lost(r). After this, you could see that the players of Lost(r) were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. 86 minutes into the game, L. Fagot finished off a Lost(r) left wing counterattack, making the score 4 - 0. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, M. Švejda got himself booked. The manager of Avengers was not happy. Lost(r) solidified their lead at the 87 minute mark, as I. Čuhel dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 5 - 0. Lost(r) enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 68 percent of possession.

Lost(r)'s best player was G. Abbiati. On the other hand, J. Carreño's play was disheartening. Avengers's top performer was clearly B. Rigaux. K. Káňa turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 5 - 0.
