Fairly good weather for football had drawn a crowd of 36610 to Cabroski Arena. Bogomir Mucelj was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Florian Lebeau and Vitaly Nikitin. Pantherae claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 51 percent.
