After 33 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and F. Mandragallo gave the GAS_D_LION supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 3 - 0. The dooper were desperate to get a goal back and pushed forward through the middle 34 minutes into the game. After a scramble in the box, the ball dropped to M. Lod, who smashed it home to make the score 3 - 1. Halftime score was 3 - 1. GAS_D_LION claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 52 percent.

With 55 minutes played, F. Mandragallo could have brought this one home for GAS_D_LION as he charged up on the left, but his hooked ball went just a bit too high. A corner kick created great disorder in the penalty area with a goal nearly scored by F. Mandragallo. At last, GAS_D_LION's V. Scheibel was able to backheel the ball in. 4 - 1. The GAS_D_LION coach was visibly pleased with the score so far, but still ordered a few tactical changes 75 minutes into the game. In an effort to secure the lead, GAS_D_LION changed their tactic after 75 minutes. The GAS_D_LION players could smell victory in the air. C.
