Attacking on the wings was the choice for Mfkovci, and they were successfully passing the ball from the middle to the wings to attack. Mfkovci took the lead 22 minutes in, as T. Alvertos broke through on the left and put the 1 - 0 shot just beyond the reach of the outstretched keeper. Monstrum's M. Pereyra got himself booked for a foul. Husum dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 2 - 0. Monstrum certainly deserved a goal after some stunning play down the left, but Ž. Filipović just wasn't able to finish. Mfkovci's T. Skogtorp swung in a good chance from the left, but the visitors' defence were able to clear the ball. Monstrum had a good opportunity to attack in the middle, but remembered their instructions to focus on wing attacks instead. 44 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as T. Alvertos broke through, making the score 3 - 0 for Mfkovci. Things were going to get worse for the visitors. F. Casarini squirmed through their central defence after 44 minutes, increasing the lead to 4 - 0. 4 - 0 was the halftime score. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Mfkovci, with 52 percent of the ball.

56 minutes into the match, the speedy T. Alvertos easily outpaced M. Slobodin, chipped the keeper and made the score 5 - 0. That made three goals for T. Alvertos and he was marked down for the hat trick. 59 minutes in, an amazing pass from the left side resulted in a goal for the visitors, as R. Skaug anticipated the through ball and scored, reducing the deficit to 5 - 1. Proving his experience, K. Husum scored 6 - 1 for Mfkovci after putting some pressure on the opposing defence at a critical moment. At this point, it was obvious that the players of Mfkovci lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. Monstrum were determined to attack on the wing and their central attempts were constantly abandoned in favour of the wings. Mfkovci had most of the ball, with 58 percent of possession.

T. Alvertos performed admirably for Mfkovci. However, C. Mastrototaro made a disastrous appearance. Monstrum's top performer was clearly E. Dewilde. M. Slobodin was a disappointment, however. The match ends 6 - 1.
