The crowd of 11859 turning up at La Discoteca today were greeted with some nasty showers of rain. Paul Heinmaa was the appointed referee. Plató started off with a 5-3-2 lineup. CZARNIA were mostly trying to use their skill at attacking on the flanks. S. Lanao Eizaguirre did not have a good day today, often losing his footing on the muddy pitch. Plató were very close to putting themselves one up after 36 minutes as H. Igartua got through on the left, but failing in concentration, he shot the ball wide. CZARNIA had several good opportunities to take the lead, especially 39 minutes in when A. Kalter came up alone against Z. Tembra who managed a block. Plató had a good opportunity to take the lead as R. Malagón came up the left side, but he struck the ball weakly and it went straight into the arms of H. Godby. I. Arenas Arnal was uncomfortable with the soggy pitch as he couldn't move the ball around with his usual grace. Z. Tembra looked great 43 minutes into the match after stopping a shot from the middle of the penalty area from the visitors' R. Marin. 44 minutes into the match, Plató's H. Igartua popped up from nowhere, cheekily stole the ball off an opposition player and scored. 1 - 0. 1 - 0 was the score after the first half. Plató claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 51 percent.

J. Vich unleashed a swerving effort from the right that the visitors' keeper did well to tip wide. CZARNIA were determined to attack on the wing and their central attempts were constantly abandoned in favour of the wings. CZARNIA were close to putting the equaliser away after 57 minutes as the opposing defence lost control of the ball to A. Kalter in a scuffle towards the left of the goal, but in the end the ball was cleared over the dead ball line. U. Rudkevich made a good effort at breaking through on the right, but the home team's left defence cleared the ball to a corner. An equalising goal seemed certain after 73 minutes when B. Melis attacked down the left wing, but Z. Tembra just managed to make a save to keep the ball out of the net. The visitors almost came back with an equaliser 79 minutes into the match after a good combination down the middle, but when B. Melis tried to finish the attack, he couldn't deliver the shot hard enough to seriously challenge the keeper. Possession in this half belonged to CZARNIA, who controlled the ball 51 percent of the time.

Plató's best player was H. Igartua. On the other hand, J. Vargas's play was disheartening. CZARNIA's top performer was clearly A. Kalter. However, A. Martineero made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 1 - 0.
