Le Du from Geissbock06 a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 4 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! Geissbock06's S. Gauja skillfully knocked a pass over the top after 8 minutes, and that was received by J. Schefhold who just managed to slot it past the opposing goalkeeper for 0 - 1. After 9 minutes, R. Fałowski got through on the right and was very close to equalising for the home side, but didn't get the shot away. Geissbock06's counterattacks created a good chance for J. Schefhold on the right after 10 minutes, but he could only look on with dismay as his strike rebounded off the crossbar. Lockwitzgrund's J. Robert made a successful breakthrough on the left after 24 minutes and should have levelled the score, but instead he clipped it over the bar. R. van Egeraat of Lockwitzgrund seemed to be floating in the air as he elegantly headed in to make the score 1 - 1 after a corner kick that was nicely executed by Y. Darwish. After a fine move down the middle L. Molares nearly gave the home side a goal after 30 minutes. However the finishing shot went just wide. A. Kargar caused the crowd to go mental with his goal up the middle after 32 minutes. This gave Lockwitzgrund the 2 - 1 lead. M. Iuga unleashed a swerving effort from the right that the visitors' keeper did well to tip wide. 2 - 1 was the score after the first half. Lockwitzgrund enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 72 percent of possession.

The goal to make it 2 - 2 was scored by H. Lemcke after 53 minutes, following an opportunistic counterattack down the middle by Geissbock06. G. Mazzullo's lightning pace was too much for R. Dorfmayr who could only look on as the Lockwitzgrund player blasted one home. 3 - 2. A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of Lockwitzgrund to 4 - 2 as G. Mazzullo finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. Lockwitzgrund's M. Iuga saw his fine effort strike the top of the bar following some good work up the middle by his teammates after 74 minutes. Geissbock06 caught their opponents out with a clever counterattack down the right wing 75 minutes into the match. R. Dorfmayr was able to finish off the move - 4 - 3. Cheers filled the stadium as G. Mazzullo broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 5 - 3 to Lockwitzgrund. At that, G. Mazzullo was noted down for a hat trick! Things were going to get worse for the visitors. L. Molares squirmed through their central defence after 77 minutes, increasing the lead to 6 - 3. After this, you could see that the players of Lockwitzgrund were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. After 80 minutes, Geissbock06 switched N. Laternas with F. Freshner, hoping for a quick impact on the pitch. Possession in this half belonged to Lockwitzgrund, who controlled the ball 72 percent of the time.

Most important Lockwitzgrund player was G. Mazzullo. J. Robert turned in a dismal performance, however. J. Schefhold performed admirably for Geissbock06. E. Mazzocato was a disappointment, however. The match ends 6 - 3.
