Pyhimykset tied it all up, 22 minutes in, after a spectacular goal by I. Flink, who miraculously broke through the home side's central defence, making it 1 - 1. PK-35 had a good opportunity to take the lead as C. Aubard came up the left side, but he struck the ball weakly and it went straight into the arms of V. Hjort. The celebrations in the stands could only mean one thing - R. Cao-Cordido's free kick had found the back of the net and put PK-35 ahead 2 - 1! The teams went for the halftime break at 2 - 1. PK-35 had most of the ball, with 61 percent of possession.

R. Cao-Cordido almost put PK-35 ahead another goal when he curled a free kick over the defensive wall and almost into the net, but the visitors' keeper got there just in time to knock it wide. 59 minutes in, PK-35's R. Cao-Cordido received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. N. Jukarainen of Pyhimykset had to be helped off the pitch as an injury meant he was unable to finish the game. A. Rintaluoma reduced the lead to make it 3 - 2 after 69 minutes, following a pass from the right. PK-35 claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 61 percent.

The most dominating PK-35 player was without a doubt C. Aubard. However, E. Petry made a disastrous appearance. Most important Pyhimykset player was R. Aholainen. I. Flink turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 3 - 2.
