Dark skies made the crowd of 27775 at Mística F.C. Arena a little nervous, but the rain held off. 59 minutes into the game, M. Batista Martins came close to levelling the score with a dangerous shot from the centre of the area that went just over the bar. Gonçalves Reis took his place on the field. M. Matos Fernandes charged down the left and had a wonderful opportunity to score the equaliser for Mística, but the shot went well wide of the goal. After 70 minutes, MatarroaFC's B. Őszi fell awkwardly, but was determined to stay in the match. That's the spirit! J. Bolívar received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 75 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 2. The MatarroaFC fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. Content with how the game was proceeding, the MatarroaFC coach let O. Paus replace P. Cologne after 76 minutes. The MatarroaFC players could smell victory in the air. R. Pagliano wasn't in a hurry to leave the field as he was substituted for F. Jula after 76 minutes. A drive down the left side allowed M. Sequeira to get in close and score another goal for MatarroaFC after 83 minutes, taking the score to 0 - 3. After this, you could see that the players of MatarroaFC were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. M. Batista Martins of Mística was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. Possession in this half belonged to MatarroaFC, who controlled the ball 53 percent of the time.
