Today, SKV's strategy involved concentrating on the flanks for their attacks. Many thought L. Rasquilho ought to have been awarded a penalty 14 minutes into the game, as he went down trying to dribble around G. Bustamante after a determined run through the middle. Making his way up the middle 29 minutes into the match, V. Knoll almost managed to squeeze a goal past the visitors' keeper, but the alert G. Bustamante blocked it to keep the score level. 33 minutes had elapsed when a great chance for FC Kutive to take the lead after a good cross from the right found L. Rasquilho alone with the keeper, but he chipped it to the wrong side of the post. Z. Řehounek really should have scored when he was chosen by fate to confront a wide open goal following a great play by L. Chang after a corner. L. Rasquilho caused the crowd to go mental with his goal up the middle after 37 minutes. This gave FC Kutive the 1 - 0 lead. 1 - 0 was the halftime score. Possession in this half belonged to FC Kutive, who controlled the ball 65 percent of the time.

After a savage shot that could only be parried by the keeper, J. Van Poyer demonstrated his experience by being in just the right place to slot home the rebound. After 75 minutes, a couple of quick and successful challenges followed by a shot from just outside the penalty area by M. Zupet might have resulted in another goal for FC Kutive. However, G. Bustamante made a spectacular save. V. Knoll wanted to play on, but the FC Kutive coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 75 minutes into the game by T. Mizelli. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, L. Chang got himself booked. The manager of SKV was not happy. The coach of FC Kutive was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 80 minutes, V. de Hoon came on for J. Van Poyer. M. Zupet became the new FC Kutive captain. J. Duffy of FC Kutive was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. V. de Hoon unleashed a swerving effort from the right that the visitors' keeper did well to tip wide. FC Kutive enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 68 percent of possession.

The most dominating FC Kutive player was without a doubt L. Rasquilho. However, V. de Hoon made a disastrous appearance. P. Bichler performed admirably for SKV. A. Atzmüller turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 3 - 0.
