Weasels tried to focus their attacks down the middle. Some good play on the left wing created an opportunity for the visitors 14 minutes into the match, and I. Sleiman wasn't about to let it go by. He got past the defenders and fired a shot that the keeper just missed. 0 - 1 for the visitors. With the scoreboard showing that 18 minutes had been played, Phis nearly put themselves up another goal after I. Sleiman came through on the left. Fortunately for the home crowd, the keeper made the save. Weasels had to make a substitution after 21 minutes. A. Paysant limped off the field and was replaced by I. Zemczak. D. Coghlan's speed is always a threat when he gets a little room to move, and 26 minutes into the match was no different as he broke free of his man to send a delightful through ball to P. Tranquilo who knocked it in for Phis. 0 - 2! M. Adldinger of Weasels received a yellow card after 27 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. W. Wickett got a fingertip on J. Træet's shot from the left 28 minutes in, and managed to keep the visitors from going up another goal. The home crowd was not impressed when I. Sleiman came in from the right, shooting hard to score after 35 minutes. Phis were now up 0 - 3. By now, the players in Phis felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. After 39 minutes, a mistake by the home side's left defence allowed I. Sleiman to get through. He outclassed the home side's keeper, adding another goal for the visitors. 0 - 4. That made three goals for I. Sleiman and he was marked down for the hat trick. A scuffle developed as players from both sides clashed following a tussle in the centre of the field 42 minutes into the match. After regaining order and consulting his linesman, the referee called Phis's D. Coghlan to one side and produced a red card for the player. K. Bangsgaard's knee will be throbbing for days, but thankfully for Weasels, he bravely continued in the match. It was 0 - 4 at the break. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Phis, with 58 percent of the ball.

The sunny day didn't make things easy for A. Hamilton who didn't seem his usual powerful self on the pitch. Had it not been for one of the home defenders, A. Hamilton would have put Phis up another goal 60 minutes into the match with his audacious lob from the right wing. R. Pescetto challenged the visitors' central defence eagerly, producing a good chance 62 minutes into the game as he went for a through ball. But, as so many times before, the guests' defensive efforts got the best of it. After 63 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for P. Tranquilo who increased Phis's lead to 0 - 5. With 65 minutes played, the Weasels coach decided a substitution may help turn the game around. A. Robe came on, V. Arya had to leave the fray. Content with how the game was proceeding, the Phis coach let T. Schmook replace J. Træet after 70 minutes. Phis's T. Schmook had to watch the rest of the game from the sidelines, after twisting his ankle with 72 minutes having been played. L. Leproust was the replacement. P. Tranquilo left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 72 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. R. Trivellin was the replacement. 73 minutes into the game a free kick by H. Ayach found its way through the home side's poorly assembled defensive formation, making Phis's lead 0 - 6. H. Ayach could have added one to the visitors' lead if his free kick had gone just a little lower. Possession in this half belonged to Phis, who controlled the ball 56 percent of the time.

Weasels's best player was K. Cayon. On the other hand, I. Zemczak's play was disheartening. Most important Phis player was I. Sleiman. L. Leproust was a disappointment, however. The match ends 0 - 6.
